High-Pressure Washing & Mildew Removal
This includes the application of mildewcides and/or cleaners to all surfaces followed by a high pressure wash that will remove dirt, mold, mildew, algae, and stains. These surfaces are Wood, Metal, Vinyl, Concrete, Stucco, etc. Gutters, Eaves, Siding, Driveways, Patios, Patio Furniture, Sidewalks, Decks, and Roofs are usually in need of Pressure Washing. All Exterior Painting, Staining, and Deck Staining projects are Pressure Washed before any other steps are taken to Prepare and Paint these surfaces.
Deck Staining
After pressure washing and/or stripping the existing finish, two coats of a transparent or solid deck coating are applied to all deck surfaces. If there are lots of cracks, splinters, and splits in the deck planking, an extremely thick elastomeric product can be applied to the deck to give a much smoother, non-slip surface. This application can prolong the life of a deck and save the client thousands of dollars in unnecessary painting repair or replacement costs.
